Desktop -white
Access your hosted desktop

If you have a hosted desktop solution, you can access it online here. If it’s the first time you have accessed the system, you will be prompted to download and install the ‘Citrix Receiver’ application. You’ll then be able to log in to your hosted desktop with your email address and password.

Note: If your computer has a personal firewall active, you may be prompted to enable Citrix ICA traffic.

Customer Services

Set up your hosted email in Microsoft Outlook

If you are using XCentral’s Hosted Exchange solution on your computer, you will need to add it to your Outlook account when you access the service for the first time. Simply enter your name, email address and password on the ‘Add New Account’ when Outlook starts and when prompted select ‘always trust this site’. Your email will then be available directly via Outlook on your computer, and you won’t need to access your email via this page. Note: This requires Outlook 2007, 2010, or 2013 on Windows, or Outlook 2011 on Mac. If you need a hand, just get in touch.

Set up your email on your mobile device

If XCentral hosts your email it’s simple to go mobile. Just send an email to support@xcentral.com.au and let us know the type of mobile device you’d like to set up – i.e. iPhone, Android, BlackBerry or Windows Mobile 7 – and we’ll send you step-by-step instructions to get you up and running.
